The Section Tech
Founded in 2007, some thirty technical divers.
The Section Tech was founded in 2007 on the initiative of Diego Nieto. It is an integral part of the club: to join it, you must be a member of Les Kabourias.
A technical room
Members holding a gas blender certification have a room where they can fill gases other than air and analyse their mixes. Gases available: oxygen, helium and argon.
Tech trips
The section organises one-day and multi-day trips to sites suited to technical diving: the Mediterranean wrecks, including the famous Amoco Milford Haven, Lake Thun and, of course, the Abyss wall. It welcomes open-circuit divers, rebreather divers and divers with underwater scooters (DPV).
